It might not be the six figure job you had in mind, but it's not unskilled work in the same way that some temp jobs and other minimum wage jobs might be. Being a CNA, phlebotomist, etc., requires specific training, and the difference between a CNA and a job at the temp agency is that most CNA's I know get health insurance and there are CNA jobs at literally every hospital in the USA right now so it's very transferable.
