That is exactly what it is, and it only gets triggered if we furlough beyond January 2016. Any furloughed United pilot would be put on the list just like any other new hire, except at second year pay and they can’t be forced to resign their United seniority number. This was written when the norm was for the legacy to furlough and the regional to expand. Who the he!! Could have seen this one coming. This is just nuts.
