A quick update. Both wife and I have temps below 98 degrees. Monitoring our temps several times a day.

Went through the math with my wife. She was exposed to a coworker last weekend so she's now in the window where symptoms would expect to start appearing.
We are conservatively calculating the first day she was possibly contagious was yesterday (it could have been earlier). That puts me in self quarantine through the first, and possibly starting to show symptoms in a few days.

Now, here's the scary part. My wife's employer can't afford to lose staffing due to quarantine so she's still working at her urgent care (along with her coworkers) through all this with wearing masks and gloves. Keep in mind that it was a coworker who tested positive. They are directed to monitor their temperatures and to keep working until their temperature hits 100.4.
My advice to all is to delay any routine medical appointments where you may be exposed to coronavirus. Urgent care, general practitioner, and hospitals. I'd have less concern with a podiatrist, etc visit where contagious people aren't likely to be patients.
