In comparison to actual open time it’s about 1 green slip for every 10 trips in open time. I don’t know the formula for deciding which trip and when but I watched it very closely the last 2 days in 3 bases on my fleet. About 12 trips in NYC just disappeared out of open time and nothing in the daily trip coverage in my base or a couple others showing them covered.
