Not to dump on FA’s, but getting let go from this place is a blessing in disguise. They get paid $1,700 a month to be abused, junior assigned, extended, you name it. When I left, most FA’s were spending 7-8 nights at home a month. That’s not worth $10K a month if you ask me.

Most of them could double their income and days off as restaurant servers. The travel benefits didn’t matter, either, as compass never gave them enough days off to travel anyway

they definitely deserve better compensation for the work they do
