If the city of Los Angles feels it necessary to close public movement to such a point that no one can eat, than all operations; ie; transportation, pax and cargo, should cease. I'm not arguing one way or another about whether it should be, but Fedex and other related industries can't function, nor should they, if such draconian measures are deemed appropriate.
This may be the new reality and may be necessary, but you can't have some industries vital and then expect the front line staff to somehow fit in to a lockdown environment.
