I’d be 40-43 trying to get on a regional, giving me say 20 years left. From your insiders perspective should I give up the dream or start flight training, build my hours and see where everything is in the next 3 years.
If you love it, go for it. Become a cfi first and then pile on multi or turbine pic time. Get paid crop dusting in an Air Tractor for instance.
And marry well.
Your grandkids will talk about you long after your gone.
