How did this happen?
I should not take home less money simply because the co initially negotiated a contract with razor thin margins . Not my fault . We work out asses off for these people and at every turn we get F’d over .
I know what’s going on I’m the industry right now, I get that but I’m sure there are other alternatives if they just think outside the box for once and be proactive instead of reactive.
