Sounds like you guys like to keep defending outsourced flying. How’s that worked out for you so far?
A lot of airlines have pay rates in their contracts for aircraft they don't currently fly...I am willing to make a reasonable bet that UAL has 190 pay rates or something equivalent listed in your current CBA already. I know we (AA) have pay rates in groups, but we have many aircraft types listed in our JCBA for those groups that we don't currently fly. And I know for a fact that Delta has 195, 190 and CRJ-900 rates listed in their PWA...my point is setting that commensurate pay rate may already be done.
