With the way we rack up credit at Skywest, I'm not making
that much less than I was as a 1st year FO at Horizon. No joke. Pay raise or not, I'll definitely have a better income my 2nd year. By a good margin.
Nonetheless, the proposal (aside from the 1st year pay increase) stinks, and indeed falls well short of what I was hoping for.
