Post 9/11 IIRC all poolies got flushed, I don't know of anyone who had a CJO remain valid for years. I'd plan on that (ie if you get another major offer at some point, consider that a bird-in-hand). They should communicate with you at some point, either way.
Had a bud get CJO from NWA in early Sep 2001.
They called him in 07 and asked if he wanted the job. He was established elsewhere but was impressed by the call.
I think these guys will be ok so long as this doesn't go to years. If it does.....we'll be in the bread lines with them
