They talked to the Company. They worked on a short term deal with an expiration date. They tried to get the guarantee higher, but that would have made less lines. They made sure that the reduced lines didn't still have 12 days off. I was actually concerned about why reserves were going to get paid more than line holders, but I was told it was because there were more reserve days needed for there to be enough reserves in each day for each base.
