I recently left but when I was there I would say ORD was the most junior. I'm not sure how GSO/EWR is going. STL has become the new senior base. Lots of pilots waiting to get there and not sure when they will. STL was supposed to help feed the IAD flying but who knows what's going to happen with the Covid-19 responses. Hope that helps.
