I received a pool letter on 25 Feb and it says to keep hours updated within my 2020 application. Currently still flying in the Air Force on a weekly basis. When I login to my app the section to update hours is locked. Should I contact UPS now that it has been a month or just wait? The pool letter says not to contact them inquiring on status.
