Interview experience:
Process has changed, there is a 20 question tech test, a tech interview Two pilots, and an HR interview and the sim all done separately. 3 total days, a travel day, interview day and tour, and sim on day 3.

I got this info off a very good interview gouge site. Any one out there has any insite about tech test ie FAR AIM anything that info would be great.

It sounds like they are going to start to get very picky. I guess you can with 1000's of apps pouring in every day.
