I’m also sorry to hear this RegionalRetread. I know some in training who were sent home on training pay; one was a day before his checkride. I couldn’t disagree more with the company’s choice to do this. Especially when they’re flying Trans-cons with 3 people on them. Literally just burning through cash. When it comes to the bottom line, we’re all just a number. They can preach all that caring, culture BS all they want. At the end of the day, doesn’t mean sh!t.
