Reading comprehension is hard, but you can’t just take a headline or bullet, or even a phrase, and claim victory.
The very document you cite specifically asks to take countermeasures against transmission by segregating oneself.
Stop with the absolutes. You not only cannot back up what you write with objective evidence, what you provide contradicts your assertions.
Pilots: “the media gets everything about aviation wrong! How dare they call the ramp the tarmac! That’s not even a picture of the right 737 variant! They should leave this to the experts.”
Also pilots: “I’m an expert on epidemiology and no one will convince me otherwise!”
