I highly doubt that, even if a recruiter tells you that, it does not mean is going to happen, keep in mind that they were planning on senior pilots leaving, that is no longer happening, since all hiring at the majors has stopped. Also the company is asking for pay cuts and possible furloughs (the Covid bill might change that, but we do not know yet). Pilots on leave would have to return before new classes are started, currently leaves are being offered until June, so new hire classes maybe in August, if everything recovers well, nobody knows how long is going to take.
