1) Training pay will continue regardless of where you live, where you work, or how much you’re paid outside of JetBlue.
2) You and your dependents can non-rev without limitation on JetBlue.
3) You go to Year 2 and Year 3 pay, etc, on your DOH anniversary no matter how long you await training.
4) You should have medical benefits and company 401 contributions per the CBA.
5) You may even have jumpseat privileges.
6) You get to experience, firsthand, all the #caring that JetBlue has to offer, and you’ve only been here a month.
Possibly all true. We’ve been told we have zero CBA protections so there’s no guarantee on what they’ll do as far as pay longevity. Also, if we work at a 121/135 carrier that requires us to resign, we lose everything including call back. The medical benefits are the only great thing. Certainly it could be worse but this really isn’t a hook up. I’m really digging #6 right now. 😉
