They have the ability to teach their own ATP/CTP course if they see the need. The 175 sim across the parking lot from the training center could be used for this since they aren't training any 175 pilots these days. Regardless, the fact that they still have 5 classes scheduled is quite a bit different than "no new hire classes and COLA".
i don’t disagree. Melit chastised me for saying that xjet is still holding classes (which is very true) and they are still the only airline doing that.
