Crew Scheds may attempt to notify you of a NOOP, but isn’t required to, nor are you required to acknowledge such an attempt.
The "23K" on your schedule is a pay code, not an indicator of whether you have recovery obligation or not.
Only way to know your recovery status is to either call CS or the Delta ALPA Sched Committee. Unfortunately, pilots don’t have access to the recovery roster via iCrew.
The easiest solution would be to place a "Under 23K Recovery Obligation," note on the rotation. Probably too simple.
