That's about the size of it .If the company says to the union that they are going to need to furlough X unless concessions are given, then that is roughly the number that will ultimately be furloughed after the concessions/voluntary measures have run their course. In this instance, the taxpayers are the initial voluntary measures being subsidized by 50 hour go away lines.
History will repeat once again so plan accordingly .
