I think many of us will get it over the next couple years - just want to know
I talked about my experience in another thread on here. I got the virus and tested positive. I'm 28. I would be considered fit by a doctor. I spend my overnights working out and running. I have 0 underlying health conditions or any pre-existing things such as some sort of other illness. I always wiped everything down in the planes and washed my hands pretty religiously lately. For me, it started with the a slight runny nose followed by losing my sense of smell/taste. I got home from my trip and the chills/muscle aches and fever started. Lasted about 8 days. Cough developed shortly after that. On day 11 with a fever of 103 and shortness of breath I drove myself to the ER. Ended up in the hospital for 4 days. I needed oxygen, but luckily not a ventilator. Turns out I developed pneumonia from the virus. It really sucked. I'm still technically recovering now, but I'm out of the hospital and essentially symptom free. Just waiting the doctor recommended time period before going back into work. See you all halfway through April.
