Not knowing any specifics, I'll still throw out my thoughts.

The best way for this to work out for the airline industry is to have tests that are affordable not only to produce and also to run. Some peeps will want to be tested over and over again if they believe that it is highly contagious AND has a very high mortality rate.

If it is cost prohibitive, there will be push back to massive testing, which results in the numerator being marginalized.....which perpetuates the FUD.

(this all presupposes that the numerator is artificially low due to numerous issues). If my supposition is incorrect, then, well....it just really won't matter. Our goose is cooked as a airline,economically as a country, and most importantly....... the loss of life and loved ones
