How big of a chunk can they do at a time? Is it usually 50-100/month or can they just dump 1000 guys all at once?
There is plenty of slack in the system to set up for large blocks of furlough in the fall. I’d expect the company to get guys in place between now and October where they want them for summer 2021 using their best crystal ball.
