With the first phone contacted accepted IA, the no GS with guys on the street is invalid and the contract goes back to normal. Everybody has caller ID. Not knowing is no excuse anymore. That way, if a junior guy answers his ****ing phone, then he has made the decision that GSs aren't that bad.
