I have been very clear in my position on this over the years. If we are going to resort to thuggery to force/shame guys into voluntarily abrogating their seniority, then those that benefit from that thuggery via IAs should NOT be paid extra. Put it in the ****ing contract. If there are furloughs, and no GSs, then no ****ing IAs either.
