However, in April PSA’s MEC did not communicate with Envoy or Piedmont MEC’s and took a pay raise that was first offered to them right off the bat. Which is exactly what AAG expected.

PSA’s MEC is once again not taking phone calls from Envoy’s MEC and neither Piedmont.

So now I’m annoyed. Idk what nerve PSA guys and gals get to pull stunts like that but make no mistake, the industry is watching you on this round.

What cracks me up is the statement of "I didn't really care too much". So obviously you have been drinking the "PSA is the devil" kool aid over there if you even cared a little bit since you only started a year and a half ago. Like others have said majority of this pilot group isn't even around anymore when what happened in 2013-14 took place.

Going back to yall's second gripe about the pay raise issue. PSA's pilot group is so new. 22% of the group wasn't even around when the pay raises took place last year. All I get from reading your post is whaaa me I started at Envoy a year and a half ago and since we are supposed to be the golden child we didn't get the pay raise first... All you envoy guys are crying that you made the wrong choice of airline because you went to a wholly owned who "should" have priority over the other two and being you weren't the first it was an issue.

Don't hate on a large percentage of the pilot group who stared before these events that made you "upset" took place.
