you need to read section 23. the six months of pay is charted on 23-2. it's not going to apply to most of those that flow out the bottom and does not apply to voluntary furlough...
Section 23.C also applies to voluntary furloughs.

Pilots on voluntary furlough shall receive no fewer benefits than Pilots
who have been involuntarily furloughed.
