I don't want to get into comparisons between different regionals. No-one is safe, I believe in "full pay until last day". No-one is forced to take this deal.
And how is our furlough mitigation language a detriment to the pilot group? We agreed to these “concessions” in advance versus the Russian roulette going on everywhere else. Just because the company won’t award flying above 82 hours in an effort to save jobs doesn’t mean you are limited to that, however just at the mercy of other pilots wanting to drop trips as they see fit. I think we’ve got a pretty good deal overall while it seems a lot of other people are sitting around waiting to see how heavy the hammer is that’s about to drop. I’d much rather have some certainty in uncertain times...wouldn’t you agree?
