Would anyone care to share the letter?

I hate what's happened to you all (and, most likely, to the rest of us very soon). I almost joined y'all in 2014. Have had plenty of you guys in the jump, and once had a gate agent tell me I wasn't getting on one of your jumps...which would have stranded me in LA at the end of a 4-day. Fortunately the CA 'did the walk', saw me looking pathetic, and firmly explained to the gate agent that the airplane wasn't going anywhere without me.
