What do they say, a pilot is never happy?
The MEC’s have been known to release things when they need to prove to management that the LOA-AIP-TA what-have-you is a crap deal and has a snowball chance in hell of passing. It’s negotiating by letting management see how utterly unacceptable their deal is.
I personally do not see this deal passing. This much public anger over it just means there’s lots and lots more just below the surface. I think the company will need to pony up some more.
your reps are doing good work. Communicate with them what it will take for a deal something like this to pass. Don’t do it here.

It most likely will not be a pilot vote. The 10 day posting period is to obtain feedback and direction from the pilots before the MEC votes. They could send it to an all pilot vote, but it is up to them. So, call or email your reps.
