I dont think an leave of abscence qualifies for any of the above. It does allow you to be sent home still on payroll with cut in pay made up by unemployment. Technically the leave is the issue but what do I know with all the changes happening.
good rule to live by is apply, worse case scenario is they say no, nothing lost but everything to gain
need to check the stimulus rules. They do have stuff for reduced pay now qualifying in many cases from what I’ve read. Outside the CV19 a voluntary leave would not qualify. An hours reduction due to CV19 does from what I’ve seen. Definately check with your state before taking one.
