I'm sure those folks have been eating snakes and bats etc for thousands of years. Why is it only in recent times and in close proximity to a virus research lab that these killer viruses start to abound?
Anecdotally I've spoken with a CFI who's trained many Chinese nationals and has told me he'd never fly in Chinese airspace or on a Chinese carrier. Lots of horror stories. Wonder if their labs are run with the same level of proficiency?
