NetJets isn't offering deferred compensation for anything- we have a union so management can't unilaterally mess with our pay. There may be more voluntary measures offered in the future, but they will be voluntary and they won't involve making less money for the same amount of work and they won't involve possibly getting paid at some undetermined point in the future.

You have to realize that this individual’s goal is to distract from what just happened at FJ, and that their means to do so is to throw easily disprovable accusations at NJ’s which are continually being slapped down on not one, but two message boards at the moment.
This is damage control to cover for the blatant lies told to the FJ pilot group in an attempt to soften the benefits and compensation reductions that they are understandably going through.
