It’s all in the wording, and that is why AAG is hiring outside council, someone with a lot more brain power than most anyone at alpa, to guide them through how to take the money in the best interest of the company. If they were planning on just doing the right thing they wouldn’t be spending money on an advisor to help them strategically take the money. Under required assurances, it says applicant, not air carrier. It also addresses this by the SotT determining affiliated entities, which the WO's definitely are.
"refrain from conducting involuntary layoffs or furloughs, or reducing pay rates and benefits, of employees of the applicant and its subsidiaries (or, in the discretion of the Secretary of the Treasury, any affiliated entity) until September 30, 2020;"
