For 2 weeks. The sudden evaporation of all new hire training will absorb the vast majority of that, with none in the pipeline for quite some time. FAA relief for currency etc. This one point of discussion is an absolute non event. Its only for 2 weeks.

Meanwhile, well over 1,000 pilots retiring in short order.
We'll easily be smaller than that by at least 1000, likely more, at least as far as planning purposes.

With us being at least 1 fleet smaller (likely 2 and possibly 3) in the not too distant future, we will require less pilots even if demand returned to pre-Covid levels instantly. Add in reduced demand for a while even during a recovery and the only concern for our training pipeline logistics will be how many pilots are getting paid in the training bubble. That's about it.

There are a lot of alligators swimming around our boat right now and this isn't one of them.
