If anything good comes of this, it will hopefully be that American manufacturers and consumers wise up and manufacturing starts coming back home from China.
The amount of work we have outsourced is mind boggling.
Hopefully, now American consumers and corporations will realize that paying a bit more for US made products is worth it for the greater good.
Not allowing China to control so much of the supply chain will hopefully be the narrative of consumers, producers and politicians going forward.
Our vulnerability has been exposed. Fortunately, we still have time to right the ship.
Word! I’m happy to pay $500 extra for something made in America. Its time the world decided to cut off China’s supply chain because they control too much.
