Are you saying that straight time should be limited period? That the current system of flying as much as you want or as little as you want would go away. Personally I've worked at another airline where it was capped at 6 CH above BLG that you can picked up per month. It sucks. Not to mention you could only drop down below BLG by 6CH. What it caused was a lot of sick calls!
