”After recovery #1, the only acceptable change that does not count as a second recovery is if Crew Scheduling removes legs from your original rotation and adds a DH (recovery #1), then subsequently changes that same DH to a different DH (not recovery #2). Otherwise, any other changes are considered subsequent illegal assignments.”
