The regionals could be the first to hire when demand starts to recover, so why is the Aviate hiring program for regional airlines a bad idea? Why are mainline pilots more deserving to skip an intensive interview process at a regional airline that only want to hire the best of the best pilots? The intention of Aviate is to weed out the pilots that have bad attitudes and poor people skills. You have a sense of entitlement sir, and that's what I've been highlighting in previous posts. Regional pilots should not have to jump through hoops to advance their career. We should all be in this together and demand the same respect.
You want sensitivity and respect then show it......otherwise reap the disdain that you have so richly deserved
