A lot of this shutdown was completely uncontrolled. American controlled everything and they ran around like chickens with their heads cut off. Today was supposed to be our last day and with no notice American started barking orders to move planes to AVQ. It was a sad ending...BUT - for those who care SoCal will be announcing the last flight and fire rescue will go over all frequencies at lax and make announcement with water cannon salute. 15:32 lax local.
