There’s other training issues that need to be discussed. Their trying to avoid the nightmare of having potentially 800/1000 pilots dequal the same month or 2. Makes the ramp back up much more difficult because everyone will be using thier sims at the same time. Right now it’s hard to get non den based pilots to training events due to all the cancellations and contactual requirements. This is why you see the grace month cola restriction.
