Listen, don't make me embarrass you like I had to do with OOFFF. I told him about how a previous administration FAILED to restock the pandemic supply stocks after virtually wiping it out in 2009 form H1N1. He called me a liar. I gave him links to the actual federal budget docs for FEMA and HHS that showed that no $$$ were allocated to the effort for the next decade. I let him run with it. I had my answer, I knew I was right. So I posted to him this link, from a source both you and OOFFF would trust and obviously can't tell me is fake news since it's been used in the past. Here ya go.
