my point was that if enough people hold out the company will sweeten the pot even further.
If they don’t sweeten the pot then they will b paying me 73 hours v.s. 50 hours
either way I’ll be home with thousands on reserve.
NOT independent contractors. We have a choice of what we want to do, just like those that choose to either stay in a seat and have better seniority vs those that bid for higher paying equipment at first opportunity.
