Kirby has always wanted Scope relief, and he always will. I think that he was serious about eliminating 50 seat flying, but I don’t think he meant immediately. It will most likely play a part in the initial recovery and then be phased out as we come out of this over the next year or two. He has an option to get more regional rj’s, but he hasn’t exercised it yet. I don’t think that he wants to see anyone shut down, but when they decide to phase out the only aircraft that a company operates, it leaves them with few options.
