I may have misunderstood what the union is asking for, but I didn't see anything about specifically a flow and read the email more to be talking about possibly making the DGI contractual in exchange for some temporary concessions.
I fully support the union at this point in not giving anything for free and am looking forward to the call tomorrow where we can maybe get a better idea of what they're thinking
