Hey Everyone.. Quick question, I was in a discussion with some people and discussing the term "pool" as it pertains to groups of people. Think, "I was given a CJO and put in their hiring pool until class dates start again".

So the question is, do you think the word "pool" is a negative term, or has a negative connotation to it, or do you think its ok?
