Don't be so sure. They are certainly looking at this in GUM, according to a CP update. It is very expensive and time consuming to fly dudes 6600 miles through Tokyo to go do landings. Usually not a factor at a 737 base, but extraordinary times may call for bat sh.. crazy measures.
