I heard from someone who interviewed this week that the first interview group of the year had 3 out of 11 hired. His group was told that they were going to try and rush things through so they could start calling people today so new hires could give two weeks notice. He said D.M. was pushing things to fill a Feb 4. class. Apparently this new hiring director from U.S. Airways is tightening the screws on the interview process in order to get the very best (yet they still need 400 pilots this year).
